After verifying and uploading the sketch in the full editor, the status of the board suppose to change to online. However, it's still offline. Anyone know the way to solve this problem?
Our IoT cloud is down today. Our team is working on restoring it as quickly as possible.

I just tested again on 12April2022 UTC+8 11:55am, the board still fails to be online. Has the server issue been fixed?
Most of the services have been restored and you should be able to connect your board. Try unistall the Create Agent (https://support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/360014869840-How-to-uninstall-the-Arduino-Create-Agent) and install the latest https://support.arduino.cc/hc/en-us/articles/360014869820-How-to-install-the-Arduino-Create-Agent. If this fails to resolve it, remove your device and then add it back to check if the issue is resolved.
