switch from arduino mega to arduino due!

Hello Everyone,

I want to switch my project from arduino mega to arduino due because less processing power of arduino mega. But i am not sure that right now i am using tft lcd and L298n motor driver module is compatible with arduino due or not? I am giving the link of module which i am using with mega.

In tft lcd there is pin of 3.3 V but when i connect to 3.3 V of my arduino mega it is not working !! So, please anyone know help me is these module are compatible with arduino due or not ? And or not suggest me other module for that .
