I am unfamiliar with the word "sostituite", as I imagine others are as well, and have no idea what it is you are asking.

Have you tried visiting the website whose address is prominently displayed on the back of that board to find whatever information it is you are after?

yes I looked at the website and it is stuck in 2012, and I didn't even find a datasheet about it

What the solution do you expect from the forum? The only way for you is to change the code and schematic to adapt it for a new display.

all similar displays have the same set of pins and are connected in the same way. you don't even need to look for a display of the same model

No, it is impossible

In case if the source is not available, the task becomes much more complicated. In this case, you need a display that is as similar as possible to the one used in the project earlier.
Not necessarily the same model - but the same size, with the same interface and the same controller.
