TOF400F sensor help

Good luck and please let us know if you get them working...

Hello,
@ramiop Do you find a way to use those TOF because i'm also stuck ?

Hello,
as the Link to the Raw Archive with the software is no longer valid, i decided to try an other way:
I desoldered the MCU cover and the MCU itself. (With soldering iron 400 degrees C)

Result: i can now communicate directly via I2C with the VL53L1X and it works perfect!

Tipp: remove the IR cover of the sensor before desoldering or it may be deformed by the heat. It is just attached with double sided duct tape.

BR
Alex

I have a copy of the original files from the invalid download link. I am happy to share if someone gives me a location to upload them to.

Hi, could you share the software via Wetransfer (you don't need an account). The seller does not answer me and I do not have the software and I would like to take a look at it.

Thank you

Please post TOF Ranging V2.1.1. I can not find it anywhere, the seller does not have a program. This is the link to upload the files:

Thanks in advance.

Done

Thank you! Can I post a link?

sure

boa tarde, poderia disponibilizar o link do programa TOF Ranging V2.1.1., no meu comentario por favor.
grato.

When I purchased TOF050F, I had a heated discussion with the seller and asked him to upload the complete set of materials to Google Drive. I am sharing them here so that you will not be as exhausted as I was.
Note that the Arduino demo files cannot be opened if placed under the 2Byte character folder, so you must first move the folder and then open it.

TOF050F did not work properly when serial communication was enabled at 5V, so I tried serial communication at 3.3V.
I then enabled I2C in the host computer setup program.
Once enabled, it seems that I2C remains enabled even when power is turned off, but there is no shutdown pin, so changing the I2C address is very cumbersome.
