I need ur help.
I wanna building a torque measurement with a arduino for University. But first I have to find out why does it better to do this with a arduino instead of rasperry pi?

Does it say any parameter in a Datasheet?

It doesn't. Neither one can measure torque.

Why do u can not measure torque?
Has rasPi a AD Converter?

You might want to consider posting in one of the foreign language forum areas.
Pi vs Arduino is a matter of application and preference.
One measures torque with a torque sensor.
One can interpret sensor data with an Arduino.
Depending on what else you want to do with that data, the Pi will give you networking, a computer monitor, keyboard, mouse etc., and runs what you want to do in an application on top of an operating system.
The Arduino can be the simple means to your end.
