I´ve searched hi and low, for months, but can´t seem to find slip rings anywhere suitable for small motors and electronics. Anybody here who has any suppliers in hand ?
This unit was mentioned somewhere recently - lots of connections, can be paralleled up for more current...

For light-duty stuff, 3.5mm or quarter-inch jacks can be useful.

Well a 1/4" stereo phone plug and jack would give you three circuit connections that is free to rotate when plugged into it's matching jack.

OMG! What a fantastic idea!
It has been added to my mental filing cabinet. Thanks!
You can also get three and four pole 3.5mm jacks and 2.5mm three pole.

And four poles could allow you to pass power, ground, and a full duplex comm link through the rotating and fixed assemblies. What more could a rotating project require.

I've also heard of people using those phone cable untangler things for this purpose too.
