Are you talking about one of these boards?
Did you set the DIP switches, SW2 and jumpers correctly?
yes this is the board i work on
i have set pin 3 and 4 on and i chose arduino uno as board
in the port section i see the port bu cant see device name and cant uplode the sketch
If you are trying to program a Mega, why choose Uno as the board?
Post a photo of the board that you have, please.
i am sorry it is the exactky same but it smaller as uno

What are the settings on the on-board dip switches?
since i need to uplode the program to atmega
3 and 4 are on and the rest are off
That's good.
Verify that you have understood on and off correctly, I have reversed them before.
Then try a USB cable that you can verify has a data connection and is not just a charging USB cable.
i made sure of the on and off and my cable is good since i was able to program the esp2866 using it
There are 2 kinds of Uno + WiFi boards. One has a ATMega328 processor like the Uno and the other has the ATMega4809.
Are you sure that the processor is a ATMega328 and not the ATMega4809?
yes i am sure it is written in the back side of the board
some websites says that in my case i have to reflash the atmega 328
