Hi there, recently I ordered an Arduino UNO clone off ebay. I've had no experience with Arduino before so I don't know much about them. Pretty much my issue is I can't get this to work with the Arduino IDE software. I took some photos of the microcontroller and the processor (i think?) 1
2Can someone help me get this working? I'm running windows 10 and I've tried to install the CH431A and CH340 drivers but im not sure if they're working. Thanks so much!

You seem to have done the right things. Does windows find the UNO when you plug it in ? Why do u think it’s not working ?

Sorry about buying a clone I thought that it was a real one but after it got shipped I realised it wasn't. Windows doesn't recognise it and the PORT sub-menu on the Tools menu is greyed out which I assume means that it doesn't see it. I don't know why it's not working or how I can get it to work, all i've done is watched a few youtube videos for guidance.
