Use a 3.5 TFT LCD display for the RPI on a Arduino MEGA ADK?

I have this screen and I was wondering if I could use it with an Arduino MEGA ADK, I have already use it for a NodeMCU ESP8266 and a ESP32 with this library successfully.

Would it be possible? If so, what pin out would I use and what library?
