Using li-ion battery with tp4056 to power arduino nano

This type have the over-discharge protection circuit:

This type do not have over-discharge protection:


Even if you have the second type, it may not be a problem. Many LiPo batteries have built-in protection circuit. You can often see the tiny PCB and chips inside the yellow tape. But most Li-ion batteries (18650 and other sizes) do not have any protection.
