I am student of bs electronics final year I want to make a project on vehicle to vehicle communication but am confused that which thing I should use for connectivity of vehicles cost effectiveness am thinking about hc012 and I will use GPS gsm of mobile I want to make a central hub which dictates sign means give notification if there is a road blockage which is informed by another driver key issue is how a driver will know which car communicating is it in the front or in back help me plz or give me another idea??
I suggest the first thing you need to do is take a course in effective writing. There is neither a comma not a fullstop in your Original Post. See how much easier it is to read with a bit of punctuation and white-space

cost effectiveness.

key issue is how a driver will know which car communicating is it in the front or in back.

However, even then the writing leaves a lot to be desired. As a qualified engineer the ability to communicate effectively with your clients will be very important.
I have no idea what would be suitable for transmitting and receiving data between vehicles. How do you plan to deal with the problem that a receiver needs to be able to receive data from a vehicle that it does not know exists. Most radio transmissions are between devices that know about each other. And you can't clutter up the airwaves with multiple transmissions on the same frequency or everything will be garbled.
If you can transmit data reliably then a vehicle should be able to work out relative positions from GPS coordinates.

apologies for my writing skills and GPS is not so accurate?

Don't ask me. You are the engineer.
If GPS is not adequate then I reckon you have a big problem. And, of course, there will be many places with inadequate GPS coverage

Try to find more information about "cooperative swarm". I guess that BT or WLAN will be the right communication protocol between vehicles.
