Voltage divider and arduino?

Hi, im trying to install a flex sensor on my arduino UNO board. Ive been reading up on it and I know i have to use a voltage divider. Only thing is this is my first time using arduino and im very unsure of what pins go where. Is anyone able to draw me a really simple drawing in paint on how to go about installing it?
