Using the guided installation help, the iMac (version Monterey 12.6.3) fails to detect the installed plugin. It locates the file in the Applications folder.
The guided help indicates it should be located on the MacOS at
Users/{username}/Applications/ArduinoCreateAgent
Is this about the web editor? If so, I suggest that you move your topic there; your question is not a programming question

Hi @griswols. Did you start Arduino Create Agent after installing it? You should see the Arduino logo icon on the right side of the macOS menu bar:
