what about those buttons? is this a kind of enclosure for those common tactile switches? or are those completely other buttons?
this guy at my store told me, there are no such caps/enclodures for my little tactile switches.. is he right?
.. i mean.. the tactile switches are very tiny.. but i would need a cap on it, that is a little bigger.. how does that work?

What do you need to do?? Is there a size limit for switches you would like to use?? There are many, many different "pushbutton" switches.
I like these and have put literally thousands of them in my kits for use usually with breadboards, like THIS.
DISCLAIMER: Mentioned stuff from my own shop...

Yeah..... in general, external covers are customised. Eg.... computer LCD monitors, digital TVs etc have button covers.... all customised.
I think the general method is some kind of plastic 'cantilever' fixed to a round section that "hovers" just over the top of the tactile button. The cantilever built (or fixed) to an external cover, such as TV monitor's frame. The round end-section of the cantilever is pushed, which also makes the tactile button get pushed, but once the user lets go, the plastic cantilever springs back out again.
You can get 'tactile' (momentary) switches in a variety of flavors..
some with with short stems.. some with long stems.. and everywhere in between.
You can also get caps for them.. in a variety of styles as well..
