Hey friends,
Can someone help me out ?
I want to run am ESP32-CAM with 5V.
Which voltage regulator and which capacitors do I need ?
Note: The PowerSupply has to be 6Volts.
Thanks.

Show us a good closeup image of the actual PCB.
More than likely, there is already a voltage regulator on the bottom of the PCB.
Yes, look at the schematic on the website you got the drawing from.
...and 5V doesn't connect to anything else
Contradiction here. Do you need some actual 5V for some external circuit?
Not external circuit. The whole circuit is connected to the same GND.
Hey man, you are right. There is already a voltage regulator as you said (see pic).
Does it mean, that I can just connect it to a 5 or 6V DC without using any further capacitors ?
If 6V is regulated then you can connect your 6V supply to the 5V pin.
Remember, don’t use this 6V directly to any 5V device.
Yes, it was a stupid idea by me
Can you give me an adive how to drop the 6V to 5V without using a buck converter and without using diodes ? Maybe a Aliexpres voltage regulater ?
A silicone diode (.7v) and a Schotkey (.2v) diode would have a combined voltage drop of 0.9V.
That will get you to 5.1v which is okay.
However, a 6V battery will discharge in time and be reflected in 5.1v going down.
This is a buck/boost converter I always have laying around, about $0.80 each :
Thanks mate...
