What digital camera to use?

I need a good resolution camera for my project that is similar to a project at

It means I need a camera that will show
a pitch alignment of FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit )against LCD.
The pitch can be as small as 0.2mm.
Can anyone advice what kind of camera can work?
What parameters should a such camera have?

First of all you need a system that allows to process the images. An ordinary Arduino won't do that, due to memory and other restrictions.

Then find out how to connect a camera to the selected system (USB, SPI?), and choose a camera that comes with that interface.
