L293D is not compatible and I don't want to buy R3, is there any good driver?
It depends on the motor data, stall current.
Buy a motor driver that can easily handle the stall current of the motors. If you don't know what that is, post a link to the motor product page or data sheet.
Pololu has the best selection of motor drivers.

And yes, it works with the R4.
What are the motors' rated voltage, full load current, stall current?
Are all 4 motors the same?
