Where can I find the datasheet for this (4 pin) 16MHz Crystal Oscillator?

I can't find a circuit diagram/pinout for this crystal oscillator on google. Perhaps I'm searching using the wrong keywords.

I tried looking under "Crystal Resonator" and "Crystal Oscillator".

I'm planning to use it as the clock to an ATmega328pu chip and I'd like to measure the oscillation on my Oscope
