Where to find these? (custom membrane keypads)

Hi!

I am wondering, where could I possibly buy a keypad such as this?

I'm not talking about the whole box, just those 4x4 button modules. I remember seeing something similar at some online shop a long time ago, but have no clue where. I'm thinking of a set you can buy, the canvas, buttons, top membrane and a separate sheet on which you can print custom labels and then slide it under the transparent membrane.
If anyone could give me some pointers on this, I would be really glad. I have seen SparkFun's 4x4 button pads (monome style), but I'm really going after the industrial look of these pads.

digikey and mouser have them, they look like just switchboards which you can slide printed material under the outside layer
