i dont know as i dont have it it is a part of the arduino sensor kit isn't it open source? i cant find it i thought you guys knew
If you don't have the IC, buy an accelerometer module with documentation from a reputable supplier. Avoid Alibaba, eBay and the like.
You can find Arduino tutorials on line for all the popular accelerometer chips.
i wrote it above man it is the post #3 and there is only one accelerometer
