Will the circuit and code work without the mlx 90614

I want to do this circuit but with out the MLX 90614, but will the circuit and code work?

I guess you will need to tell us what it it supposed to do, first. Does it need to work 100% or is there some intermediate work that is ok?

You don't need to "upload". In the IDE, press ctrl-T, then ctrl-shft-C, then, in a new message in this thread, press ctrl-V.
That should insert your code, complete, in code tags for easy inspection and proper formatting.

You show a lot of connected pieces. Exactly what do you expect from each piece and what are you getting right now that makes you ask about the project?

This is my first time using arduino and code so I don't know much about this stuff.

What type of power supply do you have for either one? How much water flow do you need?
