These are useless for what you want to do. These wrap up data in packets and the data throughput is insufficient for audio.
You don't need an Arduino for this project in fact it will just get in the way.
Building a transmitter in most countries is illegal unless you have a licence. A ham licence is not sufficient because you are not permitted to send this sort of data.
