Wiring a button with 4 wires to Arduino

I need help wiring a button that's has 4 wires. I want to use a breadboard and resistors and wire at least 3 of these buttons. Here is the link for them:

It's just a separate LED and a separate switch.

The LED pins are marked with (+) and (-),
The switch is the two "NO" pins.

Post the code that you need help with.
