Works on uno but not mega

hey i upload arducam 5mp on uno but i ran out of space for code so i moved to Mega the same code and wiring did not work on mega
I read a post on here that said to change my 11,12, 13 to 50,51,52 on mega those pins are for mosi miso sck neither had works so far

miso--- mega =51 on uno =12
mosi ----mega 50 uno= 11
sck ---- mega 52 uno=13

You seem to have swapped MOSI and MISO.

Arduino Mega SPI digital I/O pins:
MISO-pin 50
MOSI-pin 51
SCK- Pin 52
SS- pin 53

it was a pin mix up the code uploaded fine the serial monitor read error

because it did work before i added another code and i came to my own conclusion to use mega board

are you sure COM12 is the correct port?
open the windows device manager, expand Ports (COM & LPT), unplug/plugin the Mega USB connector and the port should disappear/appear
try a different USB port
try a different USB cable

I could not get AVRDUDE to work with my Mega2560 R3 until a put the "-D" in the command line. In their documentation, it explains:
-D Disable auto erase for flash. When the -U option with flash memory is specified, avrdude will perform a chip erase before starting any of the programming
operations, since it generally is a mistake to program the flash without performing an erase first. This option disables that. Auto erase is not used for
ATxmega devices as these devices can use page erase before writing each page
so no explicit chip erase is required. Note however that any page not affected
by the current operation will retain its previous contents. Setting -D implies
-A

Using a standard USB cable I found this works:
avrdude -p m2560 -c wiring -P COM4 -b 115200 -F -U flash:w:DISPLAY_Ver_1-86.ino.with_bootloader.mega.hex -D
