WS2812B LED Strip (60 LEDs) and Arduino Uno not working

I'm trying to control the WS2812B LED Strip, but nothing happens.
I don't know whats wrong, maybe the strip has a damage?

It's working now! The problem was, that the led stripe was damaged, the new one is working very well!
