I have been using a board called a robo red that I get from yourduino.com, I like them because they have a integrated plug for all of the Analog pins (0-5) and the 13 digital pins. I haven't run across any other arduino style board that has this and for some reason the yourduino.com website seems to have been disconnected or maybe is out of business. Does anybody have any information about this? or another alternative that has the 3 pin connectors?

If I understand your question correctly you may want to have a look at an adapter board like below. You can plug in a Nano and then you have 3 pinheaders per datapin (gnd,vcc and data)
One of our forum members, terryking228, is associated with yourduino.com. Maybe they will be able to help out with getting yourduino.com available again. From the error message I get, I don't get the impression of it being "disconnected" or out of business:
