Arduino Create Website

Hi there!
I'm having trouble getting further than the loading screen on the Arduino Create website.

In the attachment is an image of what the page and console looks like.

Windows 10, Google Chrome.

Try opening the site in an incognito window:

  • Click the button with the three vertical dots at the top right corner of Chrome.
  • Click "New incognito window".
  • Open https://create.arduino.cc/

Does that fix the problem? If so, to use Arduino Create in a regular window, try this:

Log out of your Arduino account:

  • Click your profile picture at the top right of any arduino.cc window.
  • Click "Sign out".

Clear the browser cache:

  • Click the button with the three vertical dots at the top right corner of Chrome.
  • Click "History".
  • Click "History".
  • From the menu on the left side of the browser window, click "Clear browsing data".
  • Uncheck all boxes except the one to the left of "Cached images and files".
  • Click the "Clear data" button.
  • Open https://create.arduino.cc/
  • At the top right corner of the Arduino Create page, click "Sign in".

The errors you see are not particularly specific to the issue itself as I can get those without CREATE issues in usage.

Follow Per's suggestion.
If the INCOGNITO page helps then it could be specific to a browser add in.
Antivirus add ins, script blocker add ins advertisement blockers, are just a few than can cause Create not to work fully.

Disabling each in turn can often lead to the culprit.
