I was power Arduino due 12v DC supply to Vin and Gnd pin.
But it won't works.
Once I reverse track the PCB copper track, I have found series diode near power Jack.
I have short it .Now Vin pin works..
I was thinking the diode is probably backwards but the schematic shows two parallel (similar or identical?) diodes in parallel (D1 & D5). I suppose both could be reversed, and it kind-of makes sense if because they are both installed by the same machine or the same person...
I don't find D1 on the schematic.

Most likely, the SMD inductor L6 broke off, which looks like a diode
