What do I need to do to use an external antenna? Is an extra welding process required? I'm having a hard time finding information about this board on the internet.
I THINK you need to remove a resistor from the onboard antenna tracks. That is the procedure with ESP 32 boards. If you find clarification enough to proceed think about how easily you could accidentally tear the antenna fitting off the board.
