Arduino Mega USB 3.0 PROBLEMS

Hi buddies, I have a problem, it took a week with a new PC that suits me great. Until this morning I have been programming perfectly until loading a program for classroom practice is to kedando in writing stk500v2_ReceivedMessage ###### (): timeout and has begun to timeout. I uninstalled the Arduino program and I reinstalled, and the drivers properly. I went to device manager and printers, and the error that has given me is that being a USB 3.0 and use Arduino is an old USB device may not work with USB 3.0. It should name the team only has 3.0. Help!!!

USB 3.0 ports are a real crap shoot.
On some systems, hardly anything works in the USB 3.0 ports - In fact, I had to bring a separate hub, plugged into a USB 2.0 port just to get working ports to plug my mouse into, because neither mouse, keyboard, or most USB thumb drives will work on the 3.0 ports (but CH340G serial adapters, USB 3.0 devices, and USB chargers work in the 3.0 ports). On my other system, which has only 2 ports, both 3.0, I've never had a USB device refuse to work for that reason.

Can you turn on Verbose uploads in settings, try to upload, and copy/paste the output you get from the IDE here? The nature of those messages will provide a lot of direction.
