Arduino Pro Micro error burning bootloader

I am trying to burn a bootloader onto my Arduino pro micro using a an Arduino uno, but I keep on getting this error message:

Double check connections and try again

Is your reset wire from D10 a solid solder connxn? You selected "Arduino as ISP"?

Shoots, totally confused here. That's a Micro with 32u4 chip. I have never loaded a bootloader onto a 32u4. I forget why for some reason.

Anyway, again welcome to the forum!

Oh, also, some folks here are going to ask for verbose output in such situations as these, so bear that in mind.

My reset wire from from "RST" on the Arduino Pro Micro to "~10" on the on the Uno. I have updated my original response to include verbose.

I added a capacitor between RST and GND on the uno.
