Broken Arduino Pinouts

Recently I was soldering something when I accidentally broke the pinouts (I don't know how else to call them) of my Arduino Uno as you can see in the picture here:

Where can I get new parts and what is the correct name for them, so I can search for them?

The kind of "pins" are like that.
You can buy with 40 "pins" and cut according to your needs.

Search for "female 0.1" header" you will see items like this.

Use your soldering iron to remove the old parts. Then solder wick and a solder sucker to remove excess solder and clear the holes.

Thanks for your answers @ruilviana and @groundFungus . I actually have them at home but they dont fit because they got pins at the bottom or should I complelty remove the "connectors" you can see in the picture and then solder the row of female connectors to the arduino?

Can you please post photos of the headers that you have.

I don't know any other way to effect a proper repair that will enable use with shields.

Yes - Remove and Replace.

Technically you can put the plastic bit back on, but that is a temporary solution....Yes, I have done that before, but it is likely to come again.

I would replace it as others suggest.
