This is just a wild guess but I would suspect that it is an ESP-32 DEVKIT V1.
I think your real question is which board to select when using the Arduino IDE. I would try 'ESP32 Dev Module' first.

I tried ESP-32 DEVKIT V1 and ESP32 Dev Module it is not that

Try using DOIT ESP32 DEVKIT V1, make sure your usb cable is capable of data and power and not just capable of power
And what exactly did you try ?
I would try "NodeMCU v.9" if not then NodeMCU v1.0
Is it recognised by the USB port? Usually, even the "wrong" board selection will do something but the LED may be on the wrong pin etc.
if the upload doesn't start it doesn't mean that you have a wrong board setting but the board might have a faulty upload circuit. Just put the board in upload mode manually and try the upload.
I tried nodeMCU-32S and that worked fine
