I recently purchased a Arduino Nano IOT and was planning to use it to connect to the Arduino Cloud. I've been trying for several days now and cannot get the board to connect. The Serial monitor printout shows that the board is connected to the network and the Arduino Cloud, however the Cloud shows it is offline and variables from linked to a dashboard do not update. I can share more information if needed. Any help would be great!
