Changes to dashboard lost the next day

Hi,

I’ve notived a repating problem - I edit a dashboard, add/remove features, and click done.
Sometimes when reloading the dashboard (usually the next day or after browser was closed) - a previous version of the dashboard appears with no signs of the edits I did..Any ideas on why this happens and how to avoid it?
