Connect logitech wireless mouse possibly via UART

I have a bluetooth mouse Logitech M575 which has tx rx pins and vcc. How do I connect it to USB or Arduino promicro?
The mouse works from a 1.5V battery but I measured 2 volts on the VCC pin.
The resistors is the voltage divider I used to feed 1.5v to vbatt from USB.
Can I feed 5V or 3.3V to VCC? I have never seen guides on UART devices

Well, what voltage did you measure on Vcc? What kind of data do you expect to see on the TX/RX pads? Is there some history or story to this question that you haven't explained? If you added the free hanging resistors, what are they doing?

In other words, what is going on here?

Added edits to the original post. It seems like it has 2V
Hmm it shold be dX dY mouse movements but I am not sure... I only worked with I2C and PS2 before

We still have no idea what you are really trying to do.

What do you mean, "seems" to have 2V? How are you measuring it?

Please post a schematic of your test circuit, that includes component values. Those resistors look suspiciously like 10R.
