Custom cable manufacturer who will do a "Y" type cable?

I am looking to have custom cables mass produced (ie, hundred+ units); my usual custom cable place, however, only accepts designs submitted with their online tool, which does not support connecting multiple wires to one pin of a connector or making a Y-type cable. They also don't support having one end of a wire not connected to anything (ideally I'd like the other end stripped and tinned). I need both of those!

Here are a few specific examples that I want (there are others along the same lines):

One cable, 4 conductors, 4p dupont connectors, maybe half a dozen connectors, a couple of inches apart. Each connector has the same connections, so that pin 1 on each connector is connected to pin 1 on all the other connectors, and so forth. Use case - connecting a common 2-wire bus plus power and ground to multiple modules with the same pinout (I don't control design or manufacture of the modules, so I can't add a second connector to the design and just use straight-through cables).

10-foot cable with JST-SM-2 connector at either end (male one end, female the other), and at one end, a 3 inch wire on each of the conductors, with no connector on the other end. Use case: 4 sections will be daisy chained, the cable carries 19.5v, and the short lengths of wire would be soldered to a DC-DC converter to power the device for that section.

Does anyone know any place that can make me cables like this at sane prices? Ideally with an automated tool to place orders - but if not that, at least some way to get an idea of their pricing (not an "email for quote" runaround - this IME has always meant the price is astronomical; if their prices weren't crazy high, they wouldn't need to hide them behind a "email for quote")

I just shut my company down, or I might have bid on it. However, you need to be specific on the wire you require, the insulation on that wire, and preferably, the source and product number. Very few connector pins are designed for the volume taken up by more than a single wire, and they area pain for any automated tool.

If you don't mind saying, what kind of bid would you have given? (just as something to compare bids from other providers to)

Let's take the 10' cable, and say the wire I wanted was https://www.ebay.com/itm/392283054980

(could use 28AWG for the two 3" lengths to make it easier to fit in the connectors)

PVC insulation is fine (and if there's something cheaper available in black, that's fine too; there are no special requirements for the insulation).

For that matter, can you suggest any former-competitors that might be a good bet?

bump - anyone?
