Custom Hx711 pcb doubt

I have made a custom pcb to read a 4 load cell. I used a hx711 and a ESP32.

I attach the shematic:

VCC = 5v.
22 and 23 are pins from ESP32.

After test the pcb i have notice that every 3-4 reads I got 1-3 wrong reads and the readings have some noise.

But after remove the R8 ( 20k) and nothing else the hx711 read perfect.

Anyone knows why this work like this?
