ok, what help I want to get is help on how to program one of these sticks, what even IS the name of it, the compatibility of the stick with the arduino cloud editor, a possible code to test if it works, the connections that I need to do and to be more respectfull.

It's an LED matrix. Have you looked at the back? Are there any part numbers? Are the connections labelled? What did you find when you took a picture of the back and put it through Google Images?

yes, because it is led matrix(es) which are able to be programmed
but I don't know what code I would need to use to make it work
It might have a MAX7219. Look for MD_Parola examples.
