I have two mosfets in my circuit and I want to make it possible to actuate them individually and simultaneously, depending on what analog input I am giving with the joystick.
For example:
If I move to joystick to the right side, only mosfet 1 and therefore load 1 is actuated.
If I move the joystick to the left side, only mosfet 2 and therefore load 2 is actuated.
If I mive the joystick downwards, both mosfets are actuated.
Now my question is:
Do I need one gate driver for each mosfet or is it possible to use one gate driver for both?
How do I make it possible to indivdually actuate the mosfets?
You need to split the circuit in two separated gate drivers and mosfets.
To actuate the gate driver you need to connect an output pin from your Arduino to each get driver input. Now nothing seems connected to its input.
Your current schematic btw does not power Load 1, as your power source only feeds load 2.
Which gate driver is it ?
The 100kΩ in the first picture is 100Ω ?
Can you tell more about your project ? With "logic level" mosfets, it might be possible to control the mosfet without gate driver chip.
It must have the grounds connected in order for it to work. You did not give all the parameters needed but using a logic level avalanche rated MOSFET would eliminate the driver and flyback diode.
