SN prefix means made by TI. No prefix means could be made by anybody. Watch out for fakes. Even SN could be faked.

R suffix versus T suffix is just final packaging and quantity. R is probably reel and T is probably tape. If you want only a few, you won't get a reel and you would prefer tape anyway. T could be tray and is also preferable for a small quantity.

Those 1g (single gate) parts won’t be coming in a tray. Sot23-6 - you choices are probably “cut tape” or some kind of reel.
It’s pretty much a jelly bean part, very unlikely to be “fake” enough to not work.

You can get them from the many china suppliers for almost nothing. You can also get them from the many US suppliers. Generally the when the numbers are the same it is the packaging that is different. The prefix indicates the original manufacturer who applied for and got a GEDIC number for the circuit. SN is for Signetics who originated the part. Founded in 1961 by a group of engineers from Fairchild Semiconductor (David Allison, David James, Lionel Kattner, and Mark Weissenstern). They were one of the first companies to make integrated circuits. Perhaps most famous for their 555 timer circuit. The name was derived from SIGnal NETwork ElectronICS. Any company making a identical part will use the same part number. This response is to help you get started in solving your problem, not solve it for you.
Good Luck & Have Fun!
