my newly bought ESP-32 Wrover E (or Wrover Dev, there are two labels saying different things) keeps persisting on "Hard Resetting through the RTS pin." right after uploading the code. The output is in italian so beware?

Hard resetting via RTS pin...
So i tried having a look at the serial plotter and it says this:
(time is not set correctly, it's not 2016)
It keeps printing this. i tried uploading sketch after sketch, i tried updating esptool.py 4 times. What can i do? for more info, the camera is OV2640.
Show a screen dump of the "Tools" menu in the IDE so we can see what board you have selected and the configuration.
The date you see is probably the date of the software release.
OK. Try disconnecting the camera and anything else to see if that changes the error message. Try also loading just the "Blink" sketch to see if that works.
It is possible that you have selected a board or configuration settings which don't match your device/application or that you have used pins intended for the exclusive use of the flash memory.
Ok, so i have disconnected the camera from the board and retried uploading the code. (the code in question is
#include "esp_camera.h"
#include <WiFi.h>
//
// WARNING!!! PSRAM IC required for UXGA resolution and high JPEG quality
// Ensure ESP32 Wrover Module or other board with PSRAM is selected
// Partial images will be transmitted if image exceeds buffer size
//
// You must select partition scheme from the board menu that has at least 3MB APP space.
// Face Recognition is DISABLED for ESP32 and ESP32-S2, because it takes up from 15
// seconds to process single frame. Face Detection is ENABLED if PSRAM is enabled as well

and it repeatedly prints out this (on the serial monitor because everything is normal in the normal outpu terminal)
You've selected the forum category: Nano Family/Nano ESP32 for this issue. Maybe that is not appropriate. Anyway, include a link to the actual board you purchased (ESP-32 Wrover ?). It really looks like there is a mismatch between the board you selected in the IDE and the board you actually have. Or maybe just the configuration is wrong, for example configured is 8M flash memory and perhaps the device has only 4M.
I moved your topic to a more appropriate forum category @cruxvelox.
The Nano ESP32 category you chose is only used for discussions directly related to the Arduino Nano ESP32 board.
In the future, please take the time to pick the forum category that best suits the subject of your question. There is an "About the _____ category" topic at the top of each category that explains its purpose.
I don't have ESP32 boards and I'm not familiar with them. But to my knowledge that message is normal; you should have the same message when you upload a simple example sketch like blink.
