Genuino 101 won't work (5 different computers, 4 different SOs)

I bought a Genuino 101 a couple weeks ago, and still couldn't make it works. I thought it was because Linux (I use Ubuntu), but tried in several different computers (Win7, Win8, Win10, Ubuntu), and still nothing.
I installed Arduino 1.6.9 software, and Intel Curie Board package. When i plug the 101 on USB, I hear the sound of new device, but the Arduino IDE didn't find the board.
For 5 seconds after plug the board (anda after press the reset), on device manager, I can see the Arduino DFU 101 interface. But no other device after that.
In Linux, using lsusb I can see the 101, but only for a couple secons.
Help! I'm starting thinking my board is defective. And as is so difficult to find Arduino 101 on Brazil, I don't have access to other board to test.
