HC-SR501 pir sensor : BISS0001

i tried to make a pir module like HC-sr501 using same sensor and same BISS0001 chip.

can someone see if this is correct and

if R15 is for sensitivity

and R23 is for delay and how much delay will be based on current resistor value

Very similar to this datasheet example, which shows the delay calculation.
