Help me fix my engine controller/h bridge

so my engine controller has 2-p-mosfet and 2-n-mosfet

the p-mosfet and the n-mosfet is shorting

bdw the point of the Circuit is to to give + -5 volts to a output and get controlled by +-+5v on gate
GATE IS +V5

Your voltage labels are confusing. What's Vcc?

IRF MOSFETs can not be controlled by 5V.
What are the GATE voltages, with regards to which supply voltage?

Where are data sheets for the MOSFETs?

Which two voltage levels come from GATE?

the Gate is negative by default
which means output is pin1+ pin2+
but when Gate (pin1 or 2) is high (+5)
output is pin1+ pin2-
