Im just asking of there is a device that is suited to measure a force or pressure exerted by a swing of badminton.

They are called load cells or strain gauges.

Post a sketch and an explanation of how you plan on accomplishing this. What are the requirements.
There are, but the few that I have I doubt would respond fast enough plus you need to stick a fairly thick gauge on the back of the racket. I can't see it working at least with the gauges I have.
