How do I remove this connector?

Are you asking how to unplug the cable from the connector socket, or how to desolder the connector socket from the board?

Unplug the cable. I put the cable in it snap locked now I’m not able to pull it out.

I have had the same problem before with some low quality JST clone connectors I bought.

You must be careful to pull on the plug rather than on the wires, otherwise you might damage the wires. I used a pair of the more sturdy tweezers to get a better leverage on the connector; not the delicate fine tipped tweezers like I use for placing components while soldering, but the style I have that you might get for first aid or cosmetic usage with the thicker metal.

You could also use some needle nose pliers if you have some with small enough tips to get a grip on that plug.

I would do a bit of wiggling while pulling rather than a purely unidirectional force. Take your time with it. If you use excessive force you might tear the socket off the board or maybe damage the plug housing.

Once you get it off, you might use a hobby knife (AKA "exacto") to trim a bit of the plastic off of the plug at strategic locations that are likely to be the source of the tight fit. I was able to get mine into a serviceable state by doing that so that I could continue with my project. I also bought some better ones and discarded the low quality ones as soon as the replacements arrived.
