I am new to Arduino and am trying to make a robot with four wheels. I got stepper motors because I do not want my robot to be that fast. But I am still trying to figure out how to connect all of my motors to the board and program it. I have found tutorials for one motor, but not for 4 motors. Also, do I have to use a breadboard?

You need drivers for stepper motors.
Please post a link to the datasheet of the steppers You've got. That's important!
Don't use breadboards for any motor power. They will get damaged and quickly create serious trouble.
Even for signals, don't use breadboards. Intermittent contact will soon be an issue for a moving device.
