İs it possible "making own monitor with leds"

I saw someone make their own graphics card on youtube.
I want to learn how to make own monitor.
what parts do i need? chips?

how will the computer communicate?

Start with lots of LEDs or an LED matrix with the required number of LEDs. What sort of resolution do you have in mind for this LED monitor ?

now i dont have because i dont know "possible?" .
and what parts do i need(things other than leds)?(how will the computer communicate?)

leds is just a example .
maybe i'll put a phone screen (like screens for arduino)

The first thing to do is to decide on the type, size and number of pixels of the display that you are going to use

Possibilities include an LED matrix (not very likely unless very small resolution), an OLED screen (could be colour) or an LCD screen (only 2 colours)
