Arduino clock without an alarm works well even though the code is different.
SDA and SCL pins of the LCD module are connected to lines 23A and 25A respectively.
Your connections are bad and must be stable. Do not use the breadboard.
The LCD is now working. The problem was not the breadboard. Rather, it was with the jumper wires. I replaced them one by one and finally the light in the display turned on. Thanks everyone for your comments.
The wires did not cause any change. The continuity of the connections in the breadboard caused the change.
